Darjeeling Teadarjeelingtea.net is a growing resource of technical, historical and cultural interest. The site focusses on the teas of the Darjeeling District of West Bengal in India. A wide range of documents is currently being prepared to cover the many facets of Darjeeling tea and the industry that produces it. The site will include botany, history and chemistry pages as well as correspondence, articles and reviews. Maps, images and general information about the region are all under construction. The essentials of preparation and tea tasting will all be examined in depth as will the culture surrounding the industry from garden to cup.
